Freer and Sackler Galleries
Explore Asian arts and culture by visiting the Freer and Sackler Galleries located on the National Mall. Both museums belong to the Smithsonian group of national museums, and focus on introducing traditional and contemporary works of Asian art. The Sackler Gallery is located at 1050 Indepedence Ave., SW. The Freer Gallery of Art is located next door at 12th St., SW. The two museums are connected through an underground exhibition space.
